Click the "Track an event" button on your Notify dashboard.

This will pull up the "Create an event" page.

In the search bar titled "event search", you can search for a preset event by artist name, city, or date.

Under "Maximum Price", select or type a maximum price. You will be notified if tickets fall to that price or less. Once you have completed the above steps, click "Create" to create your event.
