On your app, click the gear on the bottom right to open your app settings. Then, click the button that says "Notify Plus".

On this page, you will see a description of Notify basic. Swipe to the next screen to see a description of Notify plus.

Click the button that says "Upgrade" to upgrade your subscription to Plus.
